I discover oil leakage from my car oil filter and my oil level is now btw L and F of the oil guage.This was due to improper tighten of the filter which I have rectified now i.e proper tighten now. My meter reads 1500km from last service date. Should I change the oil now or top it to the F mark? Pls advise me.

Do you mean the oil guage indicator on the dipstick? If so yes, fill your oil up to the full mark. Make sure to use the correct oil.
If your not on about the F mark on the dipstick then Ive never heard of an oil guage in a car apart from the oil pressure and temperature guage which is completely different that doesn't relate to your oil LEVEL.
